Delivery time

Normally we deliver the product within 8-16 days after receiving the order, if the product is in stock. But sometimes a certain product can take a little longer time.

Postage and fees

If you shop for more than 100 Euro, we will send your order for free, otherwise it costs extra for some products in shipping. Shipping for goods returned to us is always the buyer’s responsibility, with the exception of our approved warranty claim.

Guarantee

Warranty applies according to the Consumer Purchase Act. The warranty applies from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing and material defects. Wear and consumables are not covered by the warranty. Furthermore, the guarantee does not apply in the event of damage caused by an accident / negligence.

If a defect in the product is not considered a warranty defect, the customer may be charged repair or inspection costs. Cash receipt

/ invoice must always be presented when invoking a guarantee / open purchase.

We reserve the right to later correct prices, product texts and images that are incorrectly published on our website, brochures etc.

Mail order returns

When you return goods for a refund, we want you to always state your bank and account number.

If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must leave or send us a notice to this effect immediately when you receive the item or a significant part of it. The product must be returned to us in a substantially unchanged condition. You are responsible for return shipping and we will refund the purchase price within 30 days of receiving the item.

Shipping

If an ordered package is not redeemed, the customer is blocked and a new order can not be made until the return fee has been paid. 

Transport damage

All shipments are transport insured. If the package is damaged when picked up, you must complain directly to the delivery company. If you find out when you get home, email us.

Upon return from the customer, the customer is responsible for the damage that may occur during transport.

Wrong delivery

Should we deliver the wrong size or the wrong item, we are keen that you notify us (by e-mail) as soon as possible so that we can correct the error.

The easiest way to do this is to send in a return slip / guarantee slip with information about the defect and enclose incorrectly delivered goods in undamaged condition and in original packaging. When an item is returned to us, you as a customer are responsible for the return shipping, which we then in some cases (when we have made a mistake) credit. The replacement delivery takes place at no cost to you.
